Befriend Your Body and Your Life

As a trauma-informed Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and health care researcher, I would love to help you become your own best life coach. We’ll start by assessing your values and goals, basic constitution, and current mental, emotional, and physical roadblocks. Then, I’ll teach you specific yoga postures, breathing practices, and other techniques to help you live a life of greater ease and flow and mastery.
